Studio 148 came about when local art-shop owner Nita saw a gap in the market for a quality menswear shop on the high street. It aims to bring lots of bright colours in smart but casual wear to the chaps of Teddington.
The shop itself is a boutique that fits in nicely with other similar smart shops of the area – having a vintage tailor’s look with wooden floors and decorations but with open space to keep a minimal, less-crowded feel and plenty of room for the family and kids/buggies to fit in!
To accompany the old-style look is old-fashioned good customer service that includes a personal shopping service and alterations for items that need adjusting.

The shop is chock full of brands than you don’t see every time you visit a department store. Nita encourages lesser-known but quality brands and also gives smaller businesses a platform to sell their more unique items. For example where else in the area might you find flip-flips with a built-in bottle-opener or summer shorts that are reversible!
The smart and spacious interior packed with menswear.
Items stocked include: colourful casual and Eton tailored shirts, t-shirts, jackets, shoes, socks, jeans, trousers, belts, ties, cufflinks, bags, underwear and season items such as shorts, swimwear, gloves and scarves.
Brands that you can find in store are currently Robert Graham, Brax, Sand, Oiler and Boiler, Geox, Hudson, Eton, Henry Arlington, Duchamps, Florentino, Mac, Giordano.
Studio 148 has many regular customers that usually find out about the emporium through word of mouth and keep returning due to the personal service and more unique clothes than elsewhere.

I purchased a couple of shirts, t.shirts and shorts from Studio148 and their service was excellent. I am very pleased with the quality and value for money of their menswear range and would definitely recommend this store to friends.
